With over 13.000 Customers worldwide we are really grateful to have you on board of the UOU Apps Community and continuously look for solutions to keep improving our support service, therefore as of July 1 we will be adopting a new Ticket Support Procedure which consists in:

1. Customers should keep all their questions and issues within 1 single ticket

2. Before opening a ticket please make sure that you have properly read the related documentation, FAQ or video tutorial (customers who haven't followed the instructions in the documentation will have to wait longer on the queue list)

3. When a customer reports a bug we list on http://status.uouapps.com therefore please check status.uouapps.com before reporting a bug to make sure that it's not already listed.

4. We are not responsible if you have done Theme installation from somewhere else, you can always take Our Installation and Customization service. Just open a ticket to know more about this.

For those ignoring the procedure mentioned above they will receive a reminder, if in spite of this reminder the procedure is still not followed then unfortunately your ticket will have to be deleted. The time you invest in respecting this procedure is time that our support team will invest in you
